Tbc - The Brainbeat

Time for some more electronic muzic next to the guitars. Here's a fresh track from Tbc in complete blasting P-Volution style. With a strong influence from Laurent Garnier's Sound of the Big baboo, it delivers a Hypnotical kick.

SkinTex - My own medicine (Tbc remix)

Last post for today. "My own medicine" is a track which combines the styles of Trance with Rock in a fun and respectful way, giving each other enough room to expand while still teasing each other.

Where SkinTex the Rocker meets Tbc the Dj, surprising results may occur.

Inspired by having Music as a medicine to sanity, different styles kinda symbolize different types of drugs. In this song, combined, you can almost hear the guitar shouting the lyrics:

"My. Own. Me-Di-Cin."
"My. Own. Me-Di-Cin."
"My. Own. Me-Di-Cin."
"good for meeeeeee"

SkinTex - Craving the worst

Because of his newly found Rocktalents, SkinTex has pushed his guitar skills right to the limit, if not over it. This time, with a.....bit harder style. Personally i'm not sure wheter this is metal, speed, hardrock or what.

All i know is, it's catchy, it's pumpin' and it's angry! I like it.

What do you need more?

SkinTex - The crew will punch you in the face

The crew,
The crew,
will punch you in the FACE!

That's kinda how far I have gotten with lyrics there. Fits the music perfectly. The song itself is dedicated to my homies at ##Crew, don't ever fuck around with them.

You see, it's not a fuzzywuzzy soft community. People expect that from a chatbox. Sorry. Ain't gonna happen. If you get your ass in there, better prepare to be tough or get lost. Weaklings are not invited, only real people which dare to stand up for themselves.

I think i might be able to scream the lyrics in myself if nobody's around in half a mile.....

SkinTex - Lingering

A ballad. I think....Not too sure, i'm not an expert on Rock, but that's what you call it when you let the guitar do most of the talking, right?

The inspiration for this song has been the feeling of me, being here, watching time go by while i actually would love to be somewhere specific else. I am working towards it, but sometimes, when time goes slow and I see a pile in front of me, the mind wanders off. It lingers, between the now and where i will be in some time.

Lyrics have not been made or thought up. Suggestions? email!

SkinTex - All that Japanese shit

Inspired by all that fancy talk about Japanese media. Cartoons which cannot be named cartoons because it's apparently not a cartoon but *cough* Manga, fanbands with always one of them having spikes as a haircut, and to top it all, Japanese Jazz now seems to be hot.

Screw that, you bastards. Just because you and 99,9% of the world cannot understand a word of what is being said, doesnt make it cool. Because it's different it's not better. Because it's wierd it's not automatically cool. You just follow the flock of people which actually listen to the sentence "Hey, you know what is cool?".

Keeping all that in mind, this song was created to eventually contain lyrics which would express the feelings stated above. What comes to mind is a mashup of words which indicate Japanese crap. The rockstyle itself resembles Japanese CARTOON intro songs.

SkinTex - Race you to the coffee machine

And SkinTex rocks on! This time with a more Johnny Cash style track. Quite hard to let a guitar do the talking like in this song, yet pulling it off like no tomorrow.

Personally, it feels to me like the slapstick chase in a comedy movie, speedy and pumpin without getting too serious. I don't think this one will need any lyrics. Perhaps the sound of a clown getting hit by a taser....

SkinTex - Another few days

It is with great pleasure i add SkinTex as a rock persona to the CoreSoundz project. As an opening song, "Another few days" is easy on the ears without too much fuzz while still retaining a playful piano melody. It reminds me abit to Liquido - Narcotic.

Lyrics are being made, thought of, worked out and reviewed before edited and posted. Enjoy the instrumental version for now.

Tbc - Entrepeneur (Live @ Cyanide)

Couple of years ago, this one was. Awfully messed up sounds, but dont let the live-bleepz and noizes get in the way there, this is a pumpin track with a recognizable melody. I only found that out afterwards when polishing the track abit.

Experience Tbc live at his buttons, knobs, slides and dials.

p.s.
No more liveacts after this one.

Tbc - I come knocking

For variation and undetermined influences, here's another P-volution style track. Now, i have to add I'm not a vocalist....I rarely use spoken text in electronic styles so this P-Volution went experimental on several different levels.

The track itself symbolizes how I represent myself towards the john doe on the street. Whopping, rough and yet with the descency to knock, introduce and respect. But mankind always wanted something more........it wanted........meeeeee!
